Completing the Military Surface Deployment & Distribution Command (SDDC) Interim Customer Service Survey allows you to rate the transportation service provider (carrier) who performed your last household goods move. It is designed to tell SDDC how well the move went. Your input will have a great impact on how many personal property shipments are awarded to your transportation service provider in the future.

have been given to you when you set up you HHG shipment.
