SDDC Interim Customer Service Survey

Completing the Military Surface Deployment & Distribution Command (SDDC) Interim Customer Service Survey allows you to rate the transportation service provider (carrier) who performed your last household goods move. It is designed to tell SDDC how well the move went. Your input will have a great impact on how many personal property shipments are awarded to your transportation service provider in the future.

Good or bad - your input is important.

Requirements:

 
You must have a user ID and password to complete the survey.

User ID:

 
Your user ID is the same as your employee ID.

Password:

 
A password should have been given to you when you set up you HHG shipment.
  - OR -
 
A password should have been e-mailed to you from the transportation office.

Still need a password?

 
You can request one from the transportation office that set up your HHG delivery.
